During this first stage, we want to understand your project and ideas. We generally organize two webinar sessions, around 30mn each, which we record for reference. In the first session, you present your ideas in a briefing. We give you our feedback and leave you a few days to think about it. The second webinar is there to firm up the concept, and takes into account all resulting ideas, requirements, timelines, and budget.
Based on all information we gathered in the preparatory meetings, we send you a concept for sign-off. For example, in a 1 minute sketch video, the concept will probably contain 6-8 main raw sketch drawings, with a description of transition effects in between frames, and narration to be recorded as a voice over.
We allow a few iterations on the concept until you are satisfied with the projected results. As soon as you sign-off the concept, we move to the next phase.
All original drawings are created and recorded in several video sequences which are then put altogether and accelerated to deliver a smooth final effect.
We send you a draft video for validation. At this stage, this only includes drawings and animations, but no voice over or background music.
It's nearly ready, but not quite yet. We seek your review and approval again. As you will experience working with us, we conduct all projects as a partnership. What we deliver has to be a perfect match with your organization and culture.
So, at every stage, we take a small break and you have your say.
We take your feedback into account for minor changes on the video. Speed of sequences, transitions, or other little improvements that make the video stand out.
Optionally, we can also add background music so that your sketch video has a greater impact on your audience.
Last, we add the voice over. We give you the choice in the type of voice, among a few of our freelance comedians generally available on a very short notice. Alternatively, you may prefer to send us your own voice recordings for integration.
After the final acceptance, it's the big day. Your target audience will get their eyes on the sketch video in a few hours. Congratulations for a sucessful go live!
